Great experience from start to finish! The guide and driver were friendly, attentive and professional. Everything was well organized, and our guide also helped us take many beautiful photos. Highly recommended!

My friend and I returned to Bromo after 40 years. Bara, our guide, was so very good! He was very prompt on WhatsApp with any questions we had as well as with our pick up. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to whatever we needed and as well with suggestions. We felt well taken care of and always felt like he knew what he was doing and where we should be going. Both drivers, Febry and Ubed, were excellent and we weren’t ever nervous on the windy and busy roads.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia. We were only in Surabaya to visit Bromo and it was definitely worth it. Our guide Hirman and driver Yohanez made it an unforgettable trip. Everything from the organization to explanations was fantastic. We had a great time and both of them always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. The pick up was smooth and the entire tour was fun and entertaining. If you are visiting Indonesia this tour is a must.

The visit to Bromo was amazing. Getting up early may not be easy, but our guide (Elshar) and drivers (for the car and jeep) were very well organized and made all the efforts to ensure that we will have the best experience! We arrived among the first ones to see the sunrise and Elshar took us to a more secluded place that offered a great view and without big crowds. The sunrise was spectacular, with the valley covered in fog and Mt Bromo in the background. Elshar then took us to climb on Mt Bromo. He was patient and let us walk at our own pace, took pictures with us in all the good spots. Overall this was a great tour. Highly recommending it. Five stars for Elshar and the team!

We had Tegar as our guide, and he was great! He explained the history well, guided us throughout the trip, and gave us some great suggestions for other things to do in Surabaya. You can really feel his sincerity and how much he genuinely cares about his guests 😊

This was easily the best tour we had so far on this trip to Indonesia. Our tour guide, Hirman Priyudhi, was unbelievably good. I will him ten stars if I could. He came prepared with everything we needed in this trip including Jackets, masks, Ponchos and of course water bottles. The tour operator was easy to deal with. Book them without hesitation and ask for Hirman.
