- 返却が遅い場合： お一人様1,100円/30分。 厳密な返却時間。 営業時間中に連絡がない場合は、予定通り店舗を閉鎖します。 翌日の返品も同じ手数料がかかります。
- 翌日返却の場合：デポジット10,000円、追加料金1,100円。翌日返却されない場合は返金されません。
- 破損した着物・小物：損害金をお支払いください。現地保険加入をお勧めします（550円）。スタッフにお問い合わせください。
- ヒップサイズが130cmを超える場合は大人着物に限ります。
- 身長70cm以上、12歳以下のお子様用の着物です。
- 予約が遅れた場合は、20 分以上前にキャンセルとなり、10 分後に優先的にシフトされます。翌日の予約時間以降は返金されません。時間厳守でお願いします。

Momoka provided such a beautiful selection of kimonos to choose from, complete with all the accessories and adornments. I felt truly styled and received so many compliments while capturing amazing photos in the heart of Gion, Kyoto. This experience was truly one of a kind and it doesn’t get much better than this while visiting Japan. I’m so grateful for the memories created and the overall experience. Without a doubt, this was one of the highlights of my trip and simply unforgettable.

Such incredible courtesy and kindness, the woman who helped my three daughters here was amazing. She was patient, kind, and made them each feel beautiful. My daughters are very tall and have extremely curly hair, but they felt just like anyone else and she took extreme care to treat them like princesses. This experience was so much fun for my daughters and worth every cent. The kimono options were beautiful!
