I took a tour to Plitvice Lakes with the guide Mia from Split, with another guide, Sanja, also joining the group at Plitvice. Mia was really considerate of the fact that it was an early morning departure (7 am) and many participants wanted to get a little rest during the bus ride, which I thought was very nice. She still managed to introduce us to a lot of information about the park, the tunnel we drove through etc though. Plitvice Lakes is a beautiful national park and it was well worth a long coach ride and early morning start, despite my intense dislike of long coach ride. In fact the coach was comfortable enough for me to feel OK about the ride. It was a very well-organised tour, and it was good to see that Mia and Sanja had alternative plans for those who did not feel comfortable walking extensively, and extra time for those who wanted to see more, so that everyone can have a wonderful day out. They offered a lot of interesting information, were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. Just for the information of people who may feel a bit wary of a lot of walking involved in Plitvice Lakes, part of the route was covered by a boat and a train, so if you're of average fitness and have no major problems with your legs, you shouldn't have any problem there. I thoroughly recommend the tour to Plitvice Lakes with Mia and Sanja!

This guided tour is awesome—on time and clear instructions given at each location. The tour guide, Petar, is super funny and knowledgeable. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Most of all, Petar really focused on everyone being safe and enjoying the beautiful lakes and waterfalls.

Amazing trip from Split to Plitvice Lakes. Everything was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, entertaining, and made the journey so much fun. The bus was comfortable with Wi-Fi, and we even stopped for a lovely lunch together on the way back, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend this agency for a stress-free and enjoyable experience!

Ivan our driver, was competent, efficient, and drove with confidence. We felt safe as he got us to and from btwn Split and Plitvicka National Park.

Amazing tour, amazing waterfalls

We had a lovely day with Mia, she was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and she made sure we all enjoyed the tour. The colours of the lakes and the waterfalls in the national park were outstanding 🤩, something that I hadn’t seen before. Would definitely recommend! Puno hvala Mia ♥️ 🇲🇰

Our day trip to Plitvice Lakes was so good. From the moment our guide, Mia collected our group we felt well looked after. Mia’s attention to detail, her kindness, knowledge, humour, and clear, loud speaking voice meant we didn’t miss a thing. And then , of course was the amazing national park. Nature never ceases to amaze me. The waterfalls, lakes, forest, birds, fish, dragon flies and even a few water snakes. The tour worked very smoothly with the help of Sanja, the second guide from the bus from Zagreb. Sanja bought along her expert knowledge of the National Park and was also kind and very professional. I would highly recommend this trip.

Simply amazing! Couldn't ask for a better guide nor experience. Although the trip from and to Split was a bit long, it was totally worth it. The Lakes are incredible, you just can't believe what you're seeing. And our guide Petar was the best! Always asking if everything was fine, making sure all of us were having a great time, such a funny and nice guy. I recommend it a 100%!
