Daniel was our driver and he was super friendly and accommodating. He dropped us off and then caught up to us after parking to find our Ronda guide and to discuss a pick up plan. Tanya was our guide and she was fabulous. She took group photos. Showed us Saint Teresa’s Relic as well as wonderful parks and vistas and the bridges. We had the best driver and the best guide one could ask for! Thank you Daniel and Tanya
We thought we were just booking a car ride but we got much more than that. We got Carlos! He is a wealth of knowledge about history of the area. We enjoyed our stop in Ronda. Carlos recommended a great place for lunch with a view of the bridge. It was the most enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend.
We booked a private transfer from Seville to Granada with stops in Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip through Andalusia. Our guide, Carlos, made the whole experience exceptional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region, and he was genuinely attentive to what we wanted to see and do, adjusting the pace to fit our interests rather than rushing us through a checklist. Carlos also gave us great restaurant recommendations along the way, which made the stops even better. Having a private driver instead of relying on trains meant we could actually see Ronda and Setenil properly instead of just passing through — the flexibility to stop, take photos, and explore at our own pace made all the difference. If you’re traveling through this part of Spain, I’d highly recommend booking a private tour like this rather than sticking to train schedules. Our private transfer from Sevilla to Granada with a stop in Zahara for an olive oil tasting and a stop in Ronda to see the bridge and bullring was phenomenal. It was probably the best day of our trip to Spain. Our driver was so knowledgeable and it the landscapes during the drive were beautiful. We loved it and hope to be back!

We had a fantastic time with our Not Just a Tourist expeditions in Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and Granada as well as day trips to an Iberico free-range pig farm near Corteconcepcion, and the small towns of Pampaneira and Capileira in the La Alpujarra region. All of our guides were warm, friendly and knowledgeable: Sara (Alcazar and Cathedral in Sevilla); Guille (panoramic walking tour of Sevilla); Maria (a wonderful Flamenco dancer who took us to one of her performances in Triana); Carlos (who drove us to Cordoba and Iberico pig farm while telling us all sorts of interesting facts about the region); Angel (Mosque in Cordoba); Daniel (a talented musician originally from Colombia who drove us to Zahara, Ronda and Grenada); Susanna (panoramic walking tour of Ronda); Ignacio (panoramic walking tour of Granada and the Albaicin); Almudena (tour of La Alhambra in Granada); and Ramon (visit to La Alpujarra). All of our guides answered our questions with patience and made us feel comfortable and not rushed as we absorbed lots of interesting information about the history of the region. Our very positive interactions with all of our Not Just a Tourist guides made us appreciate Andalusia even more and deepened our connection to the region.

We booked this tour from Granada back to Seville. Our driver, Carlos, picked us up at our hotel in Granada-he reached out the day before as well as that morning to update us on his arrival time. We stopped in Ronda where Carlos led us a quick, but informative, walking tour and then gave us time to explore and have lunch on our own. On the way to Seville, we also made a brief stop at one of the beautiful white villages. Arrived in Seville around 6pm. Definitely worth the cost for the private transfer between cities and the stop in Ronda was one of the highlights of our week in Spain! A great day with Carlos!
We had a wonderful day with Oscar! He picked two of us up at our hotel in Seville and transported us to Granada with stops at an olive oil factory which included tapas, Ronda and the white villages. We saw so much more of southern Spain than we would have on the train and it was so easy! Oscar is extremely knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. He is a trained chef so we learned about the food of the region as well as its history. He is easy to be around and made sure it was a pleasurable day in spite of rain. Don’t hesitate to book a trip with Not Just a Tourist in Seville.
