Bikes not maintained, unsafe. Breaks not working properly, tyres bald, gears not working. Staff were shocking. DO NOT rent from this company
Terrible experience - booked and did not use because of a two hour long wait time even for those that had pre-paid. Waste of money.
Great way to see the park it takes 2 hours to cycle round it.
The shop was closed. No sign on door albeit we were obviously aware of the bad weather. No response to my message so far. I am hopeful they will get in touch today but we have spent both money and we didn’t cancel so…
The staff could just about be bothered and the bikes in very bad condition. Just hire a park bike on the edge of the park. Xx
We were visiting the city from the United Kingdom. We prebooked the night before we rented the bikes and hired 2 tandem bikes. The whole experience was so easy although when we did return the bikes it was a lot busier. We hired the bikes for an hour and fount that plenty of time to explore Central Park. Staff were friendly.
The pickup for the bikes were quick and easy. Their staff explained the routes in Central Park, and we were off riding in minutes.

Hired four bikes plus a tag along for our family. Awful service from the start from the two members of staff who greeted us… wish we had walked out immediately and gone elsewhere. Poor bikes with bald tires, shoddy breaks and constant gear slippage. Helmets broken and badly worn out and small locks making them difficult to lock up. Made a ride around Central Park into a chore. Avoid, there are better options.
