Montse was a superb guide, very friendly and engaging. She has a wealth of knowledge as she shared the history of Barcelona and its architecture. The tapas stops were fantastic, gave a nice blend of traditional and modern tapas experiences. She took us to some hidden gem spots were we were able to step into the buildings interior to see the stained glass and architectural features. She also provided us with some great recommendations for roof top views, restaurants and wine. Would highly recommend this tour with Montse.

Montse our guide for the evening was great! She was fun and well informed. She pointed out all the details of the buildings as we passed them. She even went as far as to ask the resident security guard for permission to go inside some of the foyers. We went to two locations. One was older style restaurant and the other was newer and modern. Trying different types of foods from Barcelona was exceptional thanks again Montse. For great memories and full bellies.

We had a blast with Montse last evening. A more informative and passionate guide for Barcelona could not be found. She does not take No for an answer if it will make her tour better for the customer. We saw so much, learned so much, and ate so much. We highly recommend this tour and this guide.

Our food tour was excellent. Montse was amazing. We really enjoyed learning about the history, culture, architecture and definitely the food. Her details and stories were fantastic and the restaurants she chose were delicious. We had a great evening with Montse and would highly recommend this tour with her.

Montse was very punctual and started the tour with a bit of history of architecture and style in the Modernist area. She also told us about the creation of the downtown. We walked about five blocks, ducking into a couple of beautiful buildings to see architectural details and beautiful tile work. Our first tapas place was an authentic bar, serving tapas since the 1950s (I think.) we had patatas bravas, jamon, fried cuttlefish, caramelized cheese, pan con tomate, bistec, and sangria. We enjoyed all the tapas except cuttlefish, which was just not our thing. We then walked a bit further to see Gaudi's buildings on the Rambla, where Montse talked about all the features and inspiration. Then we went to a delicious place for dinner tapas. We ordered jamon with pineapple, steak tartar, bimi with mushrooms, pear with fontina and candied walnuts. We also got a couple of desserts, including bombi torrija, which was unbelievable. Montse was great, as was the dining experience.

We had Ms. Montse as guide. We really enjoyed our evening. Her knowledge or art and Barcelons is top. The tapas tour was really good too in term of quality. We highly recommend her as guide !
