We had an incredible time hosting our group activity at Escape Hunt. The space was perfect—well-maintained, welcoming, and ideal for team bonding. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. They kindly allowed us additional hours for decorating and access outside of our booking time, which was a huge help. Their friendly and accommodating approach made coordination effortless, and they supported our entire group beautifully between games and while the venue was being prepped. Highly recommend this venue for any team-building event! Huge shoutout to Wendy, John, and the rest of the team. Thanks for helping us pull off this successful event!

This was a great place to spend an hour before heading to the airport at the end of a holiday in Sydney. Friendly staff and a very interesting escape room.

Took my 10-year-old niece and we did the Wizard's Quest. Great fun and well set up. Staff, particularly Jon, were super helpful and patient especially when we needed some clues. Highly recommend giving it a go.

We had our 10 year old's birthday party at Escape Hunt and the whole experience from initial inquiry through to the party itself was great. All the staff we worked with (Caitlin, Benjamin, John and Jack) were all very friendly, accommodating, understanding and very sweet...everything you need when you are organising a group event. We booked the party nook for a bit of lunch and cake after the ESCAPE activity and kids had a great time. Thank you to the Escape Hunt team - you guys are amazing and we looking forward to an opportunity to return soon.

My partner had planned a surprise proposal and engagement party with our closest friends and family, and the team at Escape Hunt Sydney were instrumental in making it happen. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was perfect, from the customized escape room theme to the engagement decorations. The escape room experience itself was exhilarating and challenging, but the real magic happened when my partner got down on one knee and proposed in the final puzzle! What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and dedication of the staff. They were friendly and hardworking. We are forever grateful for their efforts. The staff prepared us well and provided good tips for when we entered the room. Fantastic experience to have with a group of friends or work colleagues.

I attended with my 10 year old son and we did have fun. We have completed a room here before. The Alice game was fun and was a good change from just getting combination codes to locks however some of the puzzles just don't make sense to the point. In some cases, ypu don't where where the puzzle is leading to and we accidentally skipped puzzles and solved the next. Eg, the recipe puzzle. There is absolutely no clues on what to do once you have the recipe cprrect. There there was the fact that one of the puzzles did not work. We asked for a hint but the hint was what we had already done bit did not work. We tried multiple times and it still did not work. We asked again and did not get a reply. We wasted around 20mins trying to figure out if we had missed something or needed to do setting else for that puzzle to work. After about 15 attempts and moving things around, it finally worked and it was exactly how we had first placed the pieces. By this time, we had only a couple of minutes left. In the end we ran out of time. When the staff member came in to show us the rest, we told them and all that was said was, "oh well". No offer of partial refund or off of another chance to complete the room at a later date/time. Quite disappointed by that but at the end of the day, we still had fun amd will return again.
