ツアーは、旅の始まりにドラマチックな背景を提供する見事な赤い岩の風景で有名な、絵のように美しいセドナの町から出発します。ツアーがセドナから出発すると、朝日の下で鮮やかに輝く有名な赤い砂岩の景観を目にすることができます。ベル ロック、カテドラル ロック、コートハウス ビュートなどの象徴的な名所に驚嘆してください。いずれも自然の芸術の傑作であり、風光明媚なバイウェイを横切ると、堂々とそびえ立っています。
このルートは、グランドキャニオンの小さな親戚で、河岸の生態系と赤い崖と対照的な鮮やかな緑で知られる、緑豊かなオーククリーク渓谷を通り抜けます。渓谷から上っていくと、高原砂漠のパノラマビューが広がり、ジュニパーと松の森が地平線まで広がります。セドナとその周辺をドライブすると、北アリゾナの多様な風景を完璧に知ることができ、アンテロープキャニオンとホースシューベンドで待ち受ける畏敬の念を起こさせるような景色への雰囲気が生まれます。

This was the highlight of our Sedona trip, and Karen is the reason it was so special. We did the full-day tour from Sedona out to Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and from the moment we left, Karen turned what could have been a long drive into a rolling seminar on everything we passed — Oak Creek Canyon geology, the San Francisco Peaks and Sunset Crater, Navajo and Hopi history and culture, the Babbitt ranching legacy, the homesteads, even the time-zone quirks of the Navajo Nation. She’s deeply knowledgeable and genuinely funny, and the hours flew by. Lower Antelope Canyon itself is indescribable — our Navajo guide inside the slot canyon was wonderful, pointing out formations like the Lady of the Wind and the seahorse and helping us get shots we never could have found on our own, including walking us through the camera settings. Horseshoe Bend was stunning even in 104° heat, and the picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam overlooking Lake Powell was a thoughtful touch (with good vegetarian options, which we appreciated). It’s a long day and a lot of driving, but it never felt heavy, and we came home with incredible photos and a much deeper understanding of this part of Arizona. If you’re on the fence, book it — and hope you get Karen. Highly recommend.
The big difference between driving myself to the locations than having a tour guide is that the tour guide can point out locations and important points of information that I would have missed. It’s a fun and free of driving stress.
We had a fabulous time. Alex was a great tour guide and easy to speak with. Antelope Canyon was stunning - even better than the pictures! Horseshoe bend was very picturesque. Lunch was great also at the dam.
It’s a long day, if you go to antelope canyon in the afternoon it’s super hot. Corry was very informative on the way

Absolutely spectacular! I can not imagine making this trip to Sedona and not seeing antelope canyon & horseshoe bay. Breathtaking with every step. We would think WOW this can’t get any better and yet it did. Save your camera battery, you will need it. Rocky, with Grand Canyon tours is 1000% the greatest. He is filled with knowledge beyond his years. We enjoyed his personality and he educated us with every mile. Pointing out things we would have never noticed. It was the best experience for our family.
The Antelope Canyon lower is an amazing venue. The guided trip through the lower canyon is indescribable and Grand Canyon Adventures does everything they can, and more, to ensure the experience is awesome. My thank you to Rocky, Marie, and Grant. They even made a special trip to drop off the hat I left on the bus, but that was a small part of what made this experience amazing! They try very hard to get to know their guests, even in group tours, so that is very special. They're the best!
Our driver guide arrived on time.He was really educative and stopped to take pictures at scenic spots.He made the whole experience fun, got us laughing and well engaged. Good job Rocky !
Really a MUST-SEE adventure! The experience will not disappoint. Worth the 2-3 hour drive each way. You will see amazing landscapes, learn so much through your guide. If you are lucky, you'll be under the guidance of Corry. At the end you will feel a great sense of wonder...along with fabulous photos to share or hold as unbelievable memorable moments.
Felt very safe letting someone else do the driving. Well worth the trip. Rocky, our guide, was very informative and entertaining!
