Tony was our guide and chef. The cooking class itself was fun and iinformative. Tony was so great at explaining every step that I feel I could go back to USA and make this great meal. The Thai market was an experience, we tried some food that I probably wouldn't have on my own. It was fun. Tony made this one of the best experiences of our stay in Thailand.
