We booked tickets for a performance on a Wednesday evening. When we arrived, we were told our tickets were for the Monday and we had missed the show. From scanning our tickets, they could tell we had not been. It was either a mistake on their booking system or human error. Either way, the customer service response was diabolical, which was extremely disappointing. I would recommend booking tickets in person rather than use the booking online, as it failed us miserably. 😔
Beautiful show and colorful... it is worth doing this experience. Only thing bring a sweatshirt inside the theater exaggerated air conditioning area.

The facilities were excellent, the staff were very service oriented, friendly and helpful. The show was magnificent, the artists were talented putting on memorable and entertaining show. Best cabaret show I have seen to date.

Very professional show- they looked gorgeous and were decked out in magnificent costumes. Was very entertaining and a fun way of spending an evening and experiencing this unique aspect of Thai society.

Great cabaret show with an opportunity for photos with the ladyboys after the show (100 bht). Great value for money too, these tickets were less than buying directly from the venue. Lovely comfy, air conditioned venue with a nice bar to use before the show. Would recommend 🤩

They hit you with a photo when you leave without telling you it costs per person. They asked for 1000 baht per person. The costumes were cool but the dancers were out of time. Unpolished and all over not great

The show was alright, some LadyBoys were very enthusiastic but some were rather dull and seemed uninterested in the performance. We were excited to see them up close and after the show they line up for you to take photos... but they went from happy Ladyboys who were eager to take photos with you, to angry men who demanded the 100 Baht for the photo you just took with them. There is no sign that says the photos cost money so we were taken aback, but paid none the less as we were rather scared.
