We had a fantastic expedition from Nagoya with Kim! It was me, my wife, and our toddler and we all enjoyed getting out of Nagoya and into the cool mountains. The castle itself was beautiful and the passion with which Kim told us about the battles fought was captivating. Kim was so patient and accommodating with us and especially our toddler. We went to lunch at a wonderful restaurant per Kim's recommendation which was an added bonus. The food making was a hoot and our toddler was able to participate no problem thanks to the staff! The dancing museum was the final cherry on top of the sundae as we all got to participate and learn about the wonderful festival. Overall we loved every moment and Kim along with the driver were wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend!

All three of us, dad and two children, really enjoyed this full day trip. Both kids said how fun the day was as we walked back to the hotel. And said how much they liked our guide. The day was a good mix of the three activities, the guided walk around Gujo, and our own time to explore the town and find our own lunch (Uotora 炭火焼うなぎ魚寅, excellent food).

We thoroughly enjoyed our day tour to Gujo Hachiman. Our tour guide, Kim, was just wonderful and we learned so much about the history of the area. Our driver, Asano-san was also very nice and personable. We will recommend this tour to our family and friends with no hesitation. Thank you, Kim and Asano-san!

We don't do a lot of tours because we like to explore ourselves, but this trip to Gujo was great! We loved seeing the castle, getting to make our own sushi samples, and exploring this hidden gem beautiful town. Our guide was knowledgeable and a native English speaker and we had a nice, comfortable ride to and from the town. Was a great addition to our first trip to Japan and a nice break from the same things every other tourist is doing.
