Amazing experience! We were the only ones booked for our session so essentially had a private experience. The food was great, the teachers were able to explain everything very well and answer questions and the place is set in a lovely location! You end up eating everything you make so arrive hungry!

Really great experience with Chef Sun. She made it light hearted and engaging, with a good sense of humour. It was a well structured evening with a good range of dishes to choose from. Our favourite dish was the Tom Kah soup, we will definitely be making it from the cookbook provided back at home! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a Thai cooking experience in Koh Lanta.

Sun was a wonderful, patient, and lovely instructor! We learned to make so many dishes. It was well organized and easy to follow and we got books with the recipes and pens to take notes. We really enjoyed all the explanations about the different herbs and veggies and how they are used and also a look at the garden! Food was delicious and company was lovely!

The trip started with a wonderful welcome from a very friendly team. It was all very well organised, we were asked to chose 4 dishes as a group and then started the prep. The instructions were clear accompanied by extra info on local produce and cooking techniques. We were able to cook and then eat each menu item whilst purchasing additional drinks from the bar. The course was great fun and the whole family enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely awesome. Sun is an excellent teacher, patient, funny, thorough and leads her team really beautifully. The coordination is exceptional. So much is going on around you and it is seamless. DO NOT eat before your class. There is so much food, you will need plenty of room for it. A great activity to do with kids also. We had two young boys in our class and they were included every step of the way. Everyone had a great class and a really good time - we learnt loads too.

Beautiful setting in nature high up. 4 dishes to cook according to the choices of the group. Fans to cool off. We're leaving with the cookbook. Very good meals.

We had a fabulous experience with Lanta Thai Cookery. Prim was super responsive via email and I spoke with her on the phone to confirm our spot for the next day. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. I went with my husband and 12-year old daughter, who cooked two of the four dishes. I highly recommend the massaman curry - we all loved it. We also loved the spring rolls, papaya salad and sweet and sour chicken. Our instructor was fanstastic. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and fun. Everything ran smoothly and this is a “don’t miss” if you are on Ko Lanta. Outstanding!

Four hours of fun learning to cook Thai food in a small group of 9 people. From chopping vegetables to pounding curry paste ingredients to cooking chicken and stir frying veggies, everything was hands-on. Great experience. One of the highlights of our stay in Koh Lanta.

Great organization and extremely good food! Everything was explained super well and alternatives for European spices and products were also shown that you can also copy it at home. This course is highly recommended.
