The transfer from the hotel is not included in the price which is just false advertising. We had to pay an additional 300bhat (3x people) for the transfer to the hotel, but what annoyed me was being told last minute and having to use a link to pay that insists on saving credit card details. I was recieving text messages confirming that they would pick us up until the evening of the night before. You also need you ticket through viator when you get to the ferry port. We are still on the boat which left at 1:30pm so its longer than 2 hours. Perhaps its 2 and a half hours. The boat itself is comfortable enough and smooth sailing. The helpers on the boat were great with the luggage.

A big thank you to Bhutan Travel by Heinz Reisen. Here special thanks to Mrs Susanne Meier who had organized all the necessary documents for my planned trip on time. It has long been my dream to travel to Bhutan and hike to the famous Tiger's Nest. This dream has now come true. Also with the help of my local excellent driver Chencho and my guide Kinley. They proudly showed me their country and made me learn a lot about it. A book about Bhutan would never have been able to do that in this way. Above all, changes were always possible, not provided for in the itinerary. Like climbing to the Tiger's Nest. Here Kinley made it possible for another to visit another, higher temple. This then had an even more beautiful view of landscape and tiger's nest. The effort was really worth it. Should I plan another visit to Bhutan, Heinz Reisen I would immediately commission again.

We noticed another vessel in the harbor where one of its crew members was urinating directly into the water, facing our ship. When he was warned about his behavior, he responded with an extremely inappropriate and offensive gesture.

This is a slower travel than seed boat, the experience was faultless Taxi was waiting on us when we arrived

Beautiful ride. Definitely worth paying extra for premium class to lounge comfortably and nap. There’s charging ports too.

Return booked at the ao Nang pier. Is really overpriced. 1000 bath pp one way. They all ask for the same amount. Phi phi islands, once you arrive you have to pay 20 bath pp parking fee. And 400 bath pp entrance due to national park. If you want to see monkey beach & mango beach etc, you have to book a tour separately. Vieuwpoint 1 & 2, 50 bath pp. Which, incidentally, is really worth it. Nature is beautiful, but everywhere plastic, cigarette butts. It stinks, weed shops everywhere and too many tourists, this naturally beautiful island is not made on. A mortal shame, it's really on my heart to watch nature being destroyed here. And all the plastic in the sea and on the beach 😭. I won't be going there again. Was very disappointing. The beautiful pictures you see on the internet do not correspond to reality. Milking tourists, and at the expense of nature. Are you a nature lover? Then skip this trip. We were dropped off at a completely different pier on our way back than where we left from. Waited 45 minutes for the driver. This was not told when we bought the return.

I used this in February. The trip was as advertised on the web site. I used the hotel pickup. The minibus used arrived at the stated time and was comfortable and air conditioned. The Andaman Wave ferry was used, and it was fine. It isn't luxurious or particularly fast but it was air conditioned and reasonably comfortable. The cost of the entire journey including the hotel transfer was about the same as I would have had to pay at the dock for the ferry itself. I would recommend this service to others.

The check-in was easy, the trip good, with air conditioned at the bottom. Everything as expected. Suggested.

The title says speedboat but this is a slow boat of 2h duration. Relatively clean and outdoor space. Air conditioned inside and possible to upgrade to 1st class for additional 300 baht. Some seats with extra leg space on first come first serve basis.

It's wonderful when we book a ferry ride from Kho Phi Phi to Krabi that costs 900 Baht, but this company then charges 1122 Baht. For that you have bought the 2nd or 3rd dubious insurance. It's not the large amounts, but the perverse way of trying to foist something useless on the customer is what annoys me.
