Absolutely fabulous trip - our guide met us at the agreed pick and escorted us to the water taxi; shared information without drowning us in detail. Really relaxed - we then went into the fabulous glass blowing demonstration which was brilliant; we had a relaxed walk around the factory showrooms and were not pressured into making purchases. Our guide then escorted to the water bus terminal - relaxing and enjoyable and definitely recommend - thankyou

Our flight was canceled. I asked for a refund and did not receive one. Other than that all our Viator tours have been excellent.

What an excellent experience!! Eleanora was a fantastic guide! She met us at our hotel and took us to the gorgeous water taxi out to Murano and the private glass blowing demonstration. We loved shopping and take note of the late season discounts (supposedly)! I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

The glass blowing tour was shorter than expected but very cool. The best part of the tour was our guide Clementina! She gets 5 stars! She showed us Murano and told us about its history as well as general fun fact info about Venice! She gave us great tips on attractions, restaurants and where to get a local vibe!

A great trip especially nice to be picked up at our accommodation so not stressing about finding meeting point. Our guide also assisted us in getting the vaporetto pass that we had booked online

Great guide in Aleksander. Picked us up from our hotel and took us to the island where we got a tour of the fabrication of the glassworks and then later bought a couple a glass artworks from them to be shipped back to our address. Got a good discount from them too. Recommended

Our guide was prompt, meeting in the hotel lobby and bringing our group to the water taxi. She was engaging, and fun providing conversation and historical information on the ride to Murano. The demonstration was short but fascinating, providing two examples of items made by the craftsmen. The shop had a wide variety of items for viewing and purchase.

Giovanni gave us a terrific private tour to Mirano. The taxi ride was terrific and he was very informative. We really enjoyed the glass blowing factory .

We loved this tour of Murano Island and learning about the art of glassblowing. It was a wonderful experience, and the private water taxi pickup may have been our favorite part! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. The tour itself was fairly short, but the glassblowing demonstration was incredible. Watching the artisan create an entire vase from start to finish was fascinating and showcased an amazing level of craftsmanship. After the tour, we had some free time to stroll around the island, which was the perfect way to wrap up the experience.
