We did not enjoy this Seine River Cruise. The location was difficult to find, it was packed with people, the guide was hard to hear and difficult to understand. The views were not great at all and the drinks were extremely expensive. The only reason I did not give it a 1/5 is because the view of the Eiffel Tower was nice to see as well as the sunset over the bridge. Overall, I would not recommend this trip.

Great cruise and guide, would recommend. It’s a great way to see the city, especially during a heat wave !

The tour guide very engaging. There were not enough seats for everyone on the top deck but you could stand to see the sights. The actual tour lasted 1 hour and 20 min.

No communication about Pont Neuf being closed to foot traffic and that about 0.5 mile detour was needed. Several boats were labeled with the same name with no indication which boat was ours. We were at the meeting point provided by Viator at our designated time (even with the detour we had to take). By the time we found someone to ask, they rudely informed us the boat had already left.

Very disappointing experience. Before booking, we specifically emailed Vedettes du Pont Neuf because Paris was experiencing an intense heatwave and we wanted to make sure the boats were air-conditioned. We received a clear reply confirming that they were. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The boat we were on had no effective air conditioning, and the heat inside was unbearable. What should have been an enjoyable cruise on the Seine became a very uncomfortable experience for the entire journey. Had we known the true conditions, we would have chosen another operator. Providing inaccurate information to customers, especially during extreme weather conditions, is simply unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that future customers double-check the actual facilities on the specific boat they will be using before booking.

The boat was on time and well maintained. The guide spoke English really well and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the cruise but I would schedule it early in the day or late evening so you’re not burning under the summer sun!

I had booked the 8.15 pm tour weeks ago. Got there early, around 7.30pm We checked in at the dock to be told there is no longer an 8.15pm boat we now had to wait until the 8.45 pm, but was told wait at dock 2 that is where yr boat will leave from. So we lined up at gate 2 waited for an hour, decided to go check again to be told oh no its now leaving from this dock and everyone is already queued up. The commentary was very hard to understand and he droned on the whole time and stood at the front blocking yr photo view.

I don’t think this is the boat company’s fault however it was very, very difficult to hear the tour guide. The primary reason was there was a group of passengers that didn’t seem to understand that this was a guided tour and they should be quiet. The guide asked them on multiple occasions to keep it down so that the other guests could enjoy the tour however they did not. Additionally, it was extremely hot, which is understandable because there is a heat wave, but it just made this experience less pleasant than it might otherwise be.

Getting on the boat went super slow in very hot weather (record breaking Paris day) as the lines between the snack bar and boarding entrance were not clearly marked and people were waiting in a line they didn’t need too. Snack bar people very slow. Narrator was great! Good length of tour with lots of info.

It all worked out fine but when we showed up with our mobile ticket from viator, even though the ticket showed three adults and we paid for three adults, when the lady scanned it/qr code, it only showed one adult. Thankfully she let the three of us just go on. I looked all over my viator account to see if there were other tickets to scan and did not find any.
