Genuinely felt scammed, Paid £130 for two x entry to the Vatican, we met on the steps just outside to collect tickets, were given 2 x official Vatican tickets with price of £28 each printed on the tickets. Tickets said headphones and guide included, couldn’t find the guide in the location provided, and when we tried to collect headphones, we were told by Vatican staff, this was not a valid ticket. He said, meeting us inside was an attempt for the guide not to pay the correct fee to be allowed to conduct tours. Once in the Vatican you’re unable to leave And re enter, so we hired our own headsets did the tour, once finished we returned to the collection point hoping to find a representative, surprise surprise, no one insight. When contacted the company to explain what had happened, we were told no tour was booked although they were clearly stated that on our tickets when I questioned why we paid so much money for a third-party booking we were told that is the going rate. Having now been there and seen for ourselves would strongly recommend you do not book through a third-party, well not this one anyway!

Our Vatican City guided tour was excellent! Our guide was funny, very knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable with interesting stories and facts. The tour was fast-paced, which I really liked because we got to see a lot without wasting time. I highly recommend this tour!

We purchased skip the line tickets to the Sistine Chapel. At the meeting location, we were able to get our vouchers from our 'Loving Rome' guide, who was exceptional, very good and attentive. We came early as it was our first time in Rome, and were told to come back closer to 20 minutes of our schedule time. Our guide was there already and helped us tremendously, showing us where to get in line and gave us clear instructions on where to go and what to expect. This was very important because it was extremely crowed. Our tour of the Sistine Chapel was wonderful

Well hop on hop off bus did not get us there on time even though we caught 1st one of day..difficult to find where guide actually was given incorrect information from various places we asked so never got to go little or no roaming internet on streets of Rome anywhere..phoned but could not slot into another time bitterly disappointed after travelling all the way from NZ should be refunded!!!

The tour was nice, but the tickets/ skip the line / is only to get inside of the Vatican. The rest mentioned attractions are not skip the line.

Our plane was delayed and we missed our appointment. We emailed this company and they would not reschedule us so we lost out on all our money and experience. Poor customer service.

Skip-the-Line: Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel Escorted Entrance Vatican City Instead of sending you your actual tickets when you purchase these "tickets", they only send you a confirmation email. We arrived at the designated meeting location on time, purchased some water, and the man left shortly after. He made no attempt to contact us. We were outside Vaticano Museums without our tickets, burning from the sun, trying to go inside and the only service we didn't experience was the "escorted entrance". Naturally, we believed it to be a scam and grew extremely concerned about losing 70 € for tickets whose true cost is 34 € if purchased from the official Vaticano website. The only positive aspect of this day was that, after spending a half-hour looking for him and arguing with the company, we eventually located him and entered the museums. Personally, the only piece of advice I can offer is to purchase the tickets from the original website well in advance (at least a month before). Stay away!

Sistine chapel was in the Vatacin Museum & was the main voyage The picture that is accompanying the ticket was never seen & features St Peters Basilicata which we never got to see

When you buy these "tickets" they just send you a confirmation email and not your actual tickets. We were in the meeting point the time we should, we went to buy some water and the guy was vanished after that. He didn't try to contact us or anything like this. The only good thing from this day was that after half an hour trying to find him and contant the company we finally found him and went into the Museums. Personally, the only advice I can give is to buy the tickets from the original site ahead of time (at least 1 month before).

Nice person at meeting place. The flag described as orange was more red. Fortunately we had name of company so all good.
