Good, nice, and affordable. And nice!

Wonderful day for great value. 2 children who had a great time. Food was basic but delicious. Pick up and drop off were fine. Kids entertainment was great and the waterfalls beautiful. Worthwhile trip for something different on holiday.

Brilliant day, excellent value, Grandson aged 7 wanted to go again next day. Food basic but good, unlimited soft drinks. Great speedboat ride under the waterfall.

We booked to be picked up at our Resort and returned and then they sent us an email telling us that they could not accommodate picking us up at the resort they offered us a different trip that we did not want when we told them we wanted a refund they told us we had to contact TripAdvisor in which we did and then TripAdvisor said that they declined the refund so be careful when you book this Cruise to make sure that they're going to pick you up because they will not give you a refund

What a great experience! Very friendly staff, nice lunc and nice swimming spots. The small boat ride under the waterfall for €10pp Is absolutely worth it, it's so over but highly recommended. Our boat was the only one with the ship a few meters away the waterfall, super cool and no other one do. Fun music, fun activities organized for the children and another foam party on board. Books, I'd say.

This is the first time I have had to leave such a comment. I had booked an excursion for 3 people with pick up by a transfer in front of the hotel to the boat. As this transfer is paid, I paid 75 € with transfer, instead of 45 € without transfer. Shortly after the payment, I received a message on WhatsApp that my hotel would not be served by the transfer service. In a telephone exchange, it was explained to me that I had to go on my own, despite the extra charge paid, and that no refund would be made. I then sent a message stating that it was not a cancellation on my part, but a contractual breach, the transport being an integral part of the service charged €75. In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 6502), a full refund is due when a paid service is not provided as advertised. Following this message, they immediately promised me a full refund within 5-7 days, apologizing for the inconvenience. Ten days later, having received no news, I contacted them again. They again apologized for the delay and indicated that reimbursement would be made as soon as possible. Their last message was on 15 September. Since then, despite several reminders, I no longer have any answer and I was blocked on WhatsApp. Result: 75 € paid, excursion not made, refund not received, despite several written commitments. Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against this excursion, which is more like a tourist trap than a professional service

My family and I took a reservation on Trip Advisor and there was an option: put the address of his hotel if it is not listed. Guess what? They called us asking us to cancel because they "couldn't pick us up, the taxi doesn't move here" They promised us an arrangement and we believed them, they played on it so that we would not get refunded later (cancellation - 24 hours) Despite their promises of refund, we were never refunded. So we paid for the whole family and there was not even a move. They just took the money. A shame. Never again. Don't trust the 5 stars.
