Way too expensive! Unpunctual, boat tour without headphones or a guide, just a boat ride on the ship. In our bus, the "guide" had even gotten off, so you would have to take the tour again to get the information. The only positive thing is that you see a lot of Istanbul with the 2 routes, but the price-performance ratio is not right at 100.- per person..
check reviews beforehand next time.
Drivers cannot speak English..
Boat windows have not been cleaned for years..

Lieber Gast,

Reckless driver
When I got on the last bus of the day, the driver started very quickly while I was not yet seated. I lost my balance and fell down the bus stairs. While falling, I violently hit my shin, which caused me very significant pain. The bus was also traveling at a high speed.
The driver seemed in a hurry to finish his shift, to the detriment of the passengers' safety, especially the tourists. I ended up with a large bruise on my shin. At the time, the pain was so sharp that I thought I had a fracture.
Upon my arrival at the terminus, I immediately reported the accident and asked to meet with a manager. I was told that a manager would call me back, but I have received no call.
It has now been four days that I have been waiting for a response, without any news. I am disappointed by this lack of follow-up after an incident that could have had much more serious consequences. I therefore request a quick response from you as well as the consideration of my complaint.

Good experience
All very well, but you have to be patient because traffic in Istanbul is complicated.

Ride round Istanbul
The commentary was a bit out of sync first time on all the years and cities we've used it? Not sure why.

Istanbul hop on hop off bus
I took the BusForus hop on hop off from near Sultanahmet Square on 14 September, my first full day in Istanbul. I stayed on the tour from start to end - it takes about 2 hours 15 minutes in total. Taking the hop on hop off bus is an excellent way for a tourist to understand the geography of an unfamiliar city, and where the main sights are located (most of the sights are on the European side, but the bus gives the rider a chance to cross continents over to Asia via the Bosporus Bridge).
