Nice boat trip with friendly staff. Lunch was very good and drinks flowed well throughout the trip. Extra purchases on board were fairly priced and good to have the extra available to purchase if wanted.
Talha from Tourmania was helpful with booking details and even followed up to check the day had gone well

Check this is the right boat for you.
Accuracy of description and communication were not ideal.
Initial communication including confirmation of booking and pick up times was good. We were waiting early for pick up at the correct location but then were asked to send a photo of our location, by Tourmania. This was immediately followed by a whatsapp request to 'hurry up' ..not a good start. We were taken to a a boat that was less then 3 minutes drive away (we should have walked!) The boat was not as described and was not pictured in this album. I have attached a photo. There were appeared to be 150 - 200 people on the boat when we arrived. . The description when I booked was for a boat with max 55. We were a family of 4 who wanted a more intimate experience. The staff booking everybody onboard were unable to help and really did not seem to understand. We chose not to board. Instead we paid for a trip on a boat moored close by and had a fabulous day. My advice is to book direct when you can see the boat and know what to expect - there are so many to chose from to suit your preference.. Also when you know where the boat is moored you can make an informed decision about whether you need hotel transfer. Most of the boats have a similar itinery. I am sure the people on this boat had a good day...it was just not for us.
We had a fabulous day on the other boat, scenery is fantastic, staff friendly, good food and lots of opportunities to swim.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the Marmaris All-Inclusive Boat Trip did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the boat size, the number of passengers, and the initial communication. We understand how this impacted your experience and regret that it was not what you were hoping for.
We appreciate your constructive comments, as they help us improve the accuracy of our descriptions and communication with guests in the future. We are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy an alternative boat trip and had a fabulous day with beautiful scenery, friendly staff, good food, and plenty of swimming opportunities.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a fully satisfying experience on another tour in the future.
Best regards,
The Tourmania Team

Is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE., which is stated in the ad. Very high step to get on board, toilets are downstairs.
Very poorly arranged, old boat with bad benches, 5x stationary for swimming. Swimming in cave as mentioned in advertisement did not take place. We had to disembark for an hour to shop.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations and that the organization and comfort of the boat were disappointing for you.
We regret that the swimming stops and the unplanned shopping break affected your enjoyment, and we especially understand your disappointment that the advertised cave swimming did not take place. Accurate descriptions and smooth planning are very important to us, and we apologize that this was not reflected in your experience.
Your comments have been noted and shared with our operations team to help improve boat conditions, itinerary clarity, and overall organization for future guests.
Thank you again for your feedback . It is appreciated and helps us improve.
