We wanted to give a birthday present to a friend's family, but this company didn't pick us up from the hotel and didn't answer messages or calls. THEY SCAMMED OUR MONEY! BE AWARE OF THESE ARE SCAMMERS. THEY RUINED OUR ENTIRE CELEBRATION
A boat trip around the coast of Antalya. Pleasant enough, but not what we were expecting. Lunch was the best part of the trip. Toilet was functional. Most definitely NOT a luxury vessel. We were expecting so much more for the amount we paid. Be aware that a photographer will snap away and try to charge an extortionate amount.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the lunch during your yacht trip, but we are truly sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations of a luxury vessel. We understand your disappointment and take your comments very seriously. We also appreciate your note regarding the onboard photographer and pricing. Feedback like yours is very important for us to improve our services and ensure better communication and clarity for future guests. We regret that we did not deliver the experience you were hoping for and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much better tour in the future. Best regards, The Tourmania Team
Favorite part of tour was the whole easy setup of registering through WhatsApp after payment and communicating our needs for hotel pickup, etc. Also the swimming was very nice and food was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much for taking your time to give us your pleasant feedback. hope to see you again in the near future. Sincerely ;
Antalya is beautiful, the water is great, the landscape is stunning and everyone is very nice. Recommended.
We are grateful that you took the time to leave us a review. Your feedback helps us to improve service for everyone. All the best;
