The old palace was free or at least on the Thursday we went so there was a 2 hour line which we skipped

English intro - less talk about the guides heritage and more facts on the castle would be nice . I am sure he is proud of his heritage but I paid for a intro to the site

Good value for money, the ticket enters you into 3 places within the castle complex. St Vitis in particular was stunning, well worth it

The guide was very hard to find at the meeting point, also very hard to hear in the talk before we walked around. It was nice to walk around on our own as we could stop and look at our own pace The price we paid through Tripadvisor was great compared to other people in our group who had paid four times as much as us!!!!!

This was a very convenient way to get my ticket and have a brief, good yo go introduction. I like that my guide gave me various strategies as to how to undertake my tour of the castle. For, example he told me that the cathedral which was first should not be rushed because it was the best part of the tour. He encouraged me to pay attention to the details.

Please note this is not a guided tour like some were wanting what it. Is a 20 minuite introduction to the Castle.they tell you about the Castle complex and what your ticket gives you access to..they then give your ticket and away you go.you can go back to them later on and they will assist you the best you can i found this to be good valve an very informative

Very good tour was easy to get to all the stuff

This was our second visit to this castle complex, and we enjoyed it just as thoroughly on our own this time as we did the first time with private guide. The cathedral and palace areas are incredible, but the frosting on the cupcake is the Golden Lane with its battlements and armor museum. I would visit that every year if I lived close.

I didn’t find the meeting point & didn’t go on the tour.

There was no 20 minute introduction to anything, the whole thing is an AI voice and the churches had no reception so it was basically worthless. Plus it cost way more than the official castle audio guide that was actually a handheld audio guide and not some random website that crashed every time you moved. All in all it was a total waste of money and left the whole group more than disappointed. The castle employees told us they get hundreds of visitors complaining the same thing every week. My advice is to stay away from third party organizers.
