First, the driver was late to pick us up at the airport. And then, the driver NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK US UP to bring us to the airport! By the time we were able arrange other transportation to the airport, we missed our flight. We then had to scramble to find new flights which cost us $800 dollars in addition to the $450 dollars we lost on the flights we missed. The only flights we could find went through Frankfort with a 7 hour layover so we had to sleep in the airport. This of course meant that we were out another $175 for the hotel we had booked and another $80 for a ferry from Corfu to Sarande that were all booked. So all totaled their error cost us about $1500. Oh, did I mention that we did receive confirmation of our pickup the day before? So of course I sent them an email requesting a refund of a mere $180 but have not heard from them in 4 days. Bottom line, stay away from this company at all cost!
