Car had a heavy odor of...
Car had a heavy odor of smoke. For someone sensitive to smoke, it was a rough ride. Driver made a sharp U-turn throwing us across the seat.

Love Viator
Going through the passport control was a long process as well as retrieving your luggage but Viator was there every step of the way. They were in constant communication and greeted us immediately as we exited the airport.

Ride from airport to town
Airport pick up location is very busy and not straight forward to find. Driver did good job finding us and getting us where we needed to go.

Excellent transportation service
Great service! Driver waited for us even though our luggage was an hour late getting from plane to baggage terminal. Was easy to find, polite and professional.

Communication with the...
Communication with the driver while we were in the airport was great. He made sure that we could find him and it was an excellent vehicle that took us from the airport to where we were staying in Amsterdam.

NEVER use Viator again. UBER is less expensive and more reliable..
I was excited to schedule this... then... travel nightmare began. Weather, airlines, etc causing flight changes and delays. I messaged Viator through MyTravel on WhatsApp and via email from last correspondence my changes. They respo ded that less than 24 hrs no cancellation or changes???? What about unexpected travel issues? Nope! They finally said call the driver when you land. I did. They did not get the correspondence, showed up at the original time, 8 hrs before we actually arrived and put us in as a no show and charged the $116... Future me knows uber was on $57 for the 4 of us. Never use Viator again.
