Sevan Lakeの北西部、狭い岩の多い半島には、中世アルメニア建築の最も有名な例の1つ、Sevanavank Monasteryがあります。それは王女マリアムによって874 ADに設立されました。
Dilijanの北東13kmの居心地の良い場所には、修道院の複合施設Haghartsin（ 'Dance of the Eagles'）があります。それは10世紀と13世紀の間に建てられ、3つの教会があります。

A wonderful week throughout Armenia with a great agency, land of Noah. Our driver/guide's attitude was 'drive and smile' ! A pefect respect of the planning, to which he added even more visits. An amazing selection of excellent B&B, including diners with Armenian specialities. A full success.

We had a great time using this company to go around Sevan and Dilijan. We had great service and the driver always tried to make sure we were comfortable & kept asking if we wanted to stop anywhere along the way.
