ナクソス島：リナ洞窟シーカヤック ツアー

WHAT A TRIP! David and the team were incredible, and this was the experience I had been looking forward to most during our holiday. I accidentally booked the wrong day and only realised at the last minute. After contacting Viator and David to explain, both were incredibly understanding and managed to accommodate us with just one day’s notice. We had to travel to the southern end of the island, which took around an hour and 15 minutes. Some of the roads were a little sketchy, but our trusty Fiat Panda handled them perfectly, and the views along the way were absolutely incredible! The experience began with a clear safety briefing and an explanation of what the trip would involve. We then kayaked around 3.5 km out of the cove to Rhina Cave in double kayaks. The team did a brilliant job of keeping everyone together, despite the group having different levels of kayaking experience. Once at the cave, we had the chance to snorkel inside. If you aren’t a confident swimmer, the team are there to help, and there are places where you can sit and watch instead. We were also able to jump into the water from a sensible height above the cave before David told us an incredible story about Greek history. We then kayaked back together. The whole experience was well organised, exciting and suitable for different ability levels. I couldn’t recommend this trip highly enough. Thank you, David and the team!

We had a very relaxed meetup and teaching to kayak before setting off, no rush or pressure. Kayaks had rudders for extra maneuverability. Stopping spot for snorkeling, swimming and snacks was great, didn't feel rushed or pressured, had a few snacks like olives and cheese then headed back. The early morning start was great because the snorkeling spot had a very little other people.

This was a great experience. The transfer from the tour guide was key. You have to travel through mountains and quite a lot of twist and u turns. Their driving and familiarity of the roads made us feel safe. The guides Nicholas and his best friend were just so nice and really did a lot of teaching about the area. The kayaking was great, but note 5.5 miles round trip, make sure you are in decent shape. The snorkeling to the caves was amazing, however if you are not a strong swimmer you should ask the guides for a life jacket. I’m 64 years old in decent shape, however I was thankful I asked for a life jacket. The scenery was amazing and the turquoise waters of Aegean Sea was a feast for the eyes. The ride from Chora to the southern tip of Greece. We saw goat hearing, villages and amazing geography. Definitely a great tour!!

We had an amazing time with the guides from Trekking Hellas! They were both kind and personable and genuinely showed a passion for sharing Greek history and providing us with a memorable experience. This was one of our favorite parts of visiting Naxos and we would absolutely recommend adding to your vacation itinerary!

We had a really great time on the Rhina cave sea kayaking tour with Nick & David! They were really friendly and well-prepared, made sure we knew everything we needed for kayaking in the sea, were fun and supportive and explained to us lots of interesting things about the island, its nature, history and even mythology. The kayaking tour was beautiful and not too difficult, the cave was awesome and we really enjoyed the swimming and snorkelling in the bay. Nick also took lots of pictures with his waterproof camera throughout the experience, and emailed them to us afterwards so we have something to remember it with! I would mention that you have to get up a little bit early in the morning to make it to the meeting point in time for the start, but in the end it was totally worth it because we had the place to ourselves and as soon as we were getting ready to leave some huge boats started to arrive with hundreds of tourists, so it would have been a lot less enjoyable sharing the bay with all of them! I would 100% recommend this trip and Trekking Hellas, we had a fantastic day. Thanks! Vlad & Caroline

Five out of Five. Nic was an amazing guide. The route we took was not only really beautiful with crystal clear waters but Nic also taught us about the history and genuinely interesting parts of Naxos. We stopped at a small beach where we snorkelled and did a small cliff jump. Overall, an amazing experience
