金角湾の北側に位置するガラタは、歴史が深く、数多くの美しい名所があふれる社会的、文化的中心地です。半日余裕がある場合は、この地域の最高のスポットを巡るウォーキング ツアーに参加してください。 賑やかなトンネル ケーブルカー ベイオール駅で集合します。この駅は、現在も使用されている世界最古の地下鉄鉄道の 1 つである歴史的なトンネル ケーブルカー線の終点の 1 つです。その後、豊かな歴史、多様な文化、芸術的な雰囲気で知られるベイオール文化ルートを歩きます。 にぎやかな通りを歩き回り、景色、音、匂いなどを満喫します。私たちは、商品を販売するベンダーや毎日の通勤で行き交う地元の人々を監視し、この地域の活気に満ちた雰囲気を目撃します。
次に、この地域の中心であるガラタ塔に向かいます。イスタンブールのシンボルの 1 つと考えられているこの歴史的記念碑は、2013 年にユネスコの世界遺産暫定リストに登録されました。この塔は、西暦 500 年に遡る世界最古の塔の 1 つであると考えられています。
次に、リボンのようなデザインが目を引くアールデコ様式の歩行者専用階段、カモンド階段の前を通ります。ガラタ橋へ向かう前に、おしゃれな階段で写真を撮りましょう。金角湾にかかるこの象徴的な橋はガラタの中心部であり、数多くのトルコ文学、詩、演劇、小説などに登場します。橋を渡り、景色の写真を撮ってから、トラムでフェネルへ向かいます。
到着したら、イスタンブールで最も古い 2 つの地区、フェネルとバラットを探索し、カラフルな通りや歴史的な家々をチェックし、地元の生活や雰囲気を垣間見てから、スパイス バザールに向かい、そこで散策します。ツアー終了前の賑やかな通路。

This was a great tour to really experience Istanbul! Seeing neighborhoods, the Egyptian bazaar, and the Galata tower. It was really worth it to have a private tour to get to ask questions and really personalize the tour!

Highly recommend Mohamed. As a local he knew fantastic places that any tourist would enjoy and not be able to find. Took us to a Michelin star restaurant that was very affordable. Showed us ancient sites, walked at our pace. Made sure we got reputable shopping and ride home.

Ebru was a fantastic tour guide. She is very passionate about Istanbul and shared a lot of great history and information. We got to go on a tram and ferry ride. We also got to taste some authentic Turkish food which we would not have if she did not recommend it. A great, fun day with lots of walking and plenty of sights to see.
Our guide Cinar made the day for us . She had a ton of knowledge, ushered us through the crowds and helped us negotiate purchases. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Istanbul
