Sameera was very helpful, gave us a call once booked and agreed where best to meet us. Helped put bags in car and relaxing drive.

We booked the airport transfer through 12Go. Our driver introduced himself to us via WhatsApp two days before and was available to answer any questions, which offered us reassurance. Our driver Sameera was friendly and polite. He was a safe driver and got us to the airport on time.
