The snorkeling experience itself was great and a worthwhile day trip from Manila, I just would not recommend this tour company. What spoiled the experience was the tour guide. I had him hold a few valuables for me while snorkeling and failed to get my Apple AirPods back from him (and he failed to return them). I then attempted to retrieve them while still in the Philippines and after returning to the US, including having a Filipino colleague meet him to retrieve them. Despite indicating multiple times he intended to return them I don’t think he was ever sincere about returning them. Each time we indicated he would meet a colleague to return them, we would then go silent. For this reason I would not recommend booking a tour through YOLO Travel, despite using them previously and having a good experience. Viator was also not helpful in getting my AirPods back.

Nice van with great tour guides ready to help with anything or answer any questions you might have. They help with everything, making sure you have a great experience. Do recommend this tour.

JC was so amazing as our tour guide. We had visited El Nido the prior week but was disappointed in the lack of fish and healthy coral while we were snorkeling. So we found this tour and hoped for the best. The area we visited was much more suited for snorkelers and divers. The fish and coral here were incredible!!

I’m so grateful to Carlo for accommodating for several last minute changes I’ve thrown at him. He provided a fun, stress free snorkeling experience for me and the overall hospitality of every person along the way including the people at the resort was fantastic! This is did not even cover the amazing sights of the reef itself that I got to swim very close to and encounter so many fish akin to the advertised photos.

Highly recommend… this was my most expensive excursion I booked while in the Philippines but you get what you pay for, as they say. Mark and Miel tag teamed as the driver and tour guide… Miel got us to and from safely in the crazy Manila traffic, while Mark kept the conversation going with Filipino history, highlights… along with a few tips and tricks to get around in Manila. You’ll be able to recognize Miel… he’s the better looking of the two. But honestly, nothing can describe the sheer beauty of area they’ll take you to… the crystal clear turquoise water, rainbow of colors of fish, not to mention the reef life. I’ll be coming back next year with my youngest son, and I’m going diving this time. If you’re on the fence, do it and ask for Mark and Miel you won’t regret it.

This was a last minute decision for a tour and turned out to be a “should’ve booked it” tour! Team was great with communications, updates and transfers back and forth. The fish were bountiful and had a great opportunity to see “Nemo” as well as swim with a large school of Jacks. I would recommend this tour to any one looking to get wet in the Philippines.

Great experience! Not only was I blown away by all the beautiful fish, I was also blown away with our amazing tour guide JC and our driver Carlos! They made sure everything ran smoothly, really engaged in conversations with us, made us laugh, and taught us about the area and the marine life. We came away with wonderful pictures, incredible memories, and two new friends!

We had a fantastic time on the Anilao Snorkel Safari. Our guide, Ken, was absolutely great—very knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable in the water. The snorkelling spots were beautiful, and the entire trip was incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. Lunch at the centre was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and the perfect break between snorkel sessions. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area!
