Excellent transfer, arrived a little earlier than time given, which was good as I was already down stairs. Helpful and felt safe during drive. Bus spacious, clean and comfy.

Great transfer from Patong to Phuket int Airport. Communication with company was excellent via email. Driver very good.
Nice staff, poor system,difficult to amend time ( wanted to book 1 hour earlier, but so difficult) and difficult to find the place where to meet up as no sign for reservation taxi and name of the company. especially there are more than 10 companies located in one place with no signs. You had to ask various peple where is your taxi driver. Provide a phone to call, but no answer(that's worse. Why provided the contact number but staff did not answer the phone. Poor service. Seems like they aer not allowed to talk to customers. I asked them to amend time for me, they will charge me 300 Baht.(£8) for admin, which takes a few minutes. Poor total service delivery. Don't book them, just go to the limusine desk to your hotel and book taxi from hotel to the airport. I wasted my moey after all. I paid Booking.com, but had to pay another taxi to pick me up from hotel to airport. This way is a stress free way to book a taxi. This taxi company doesn't think of total service delivery and not total customers focus.
Prompt and quick loaded and unloaded our luggage played music in the car and friendly Hank you very much for the service
booked 3 separate pick ups only 2 turned up. had a feeling 3 bookings under the same name, on same day would confuse the company. Lesson learnt
