We learned about Taxi Catania through a review on Viator for a tour of Mt Etna. We learned that they also provided car service. I provided a copy of our itinerary and Taxi Catania provided pricing. They were competitive with renting but without the stress of driving and parking in Sicily. They provided names of other providers for part of the itinerary they could not service. We had one driver, Giuseppe, for our 10 day trip. He was great in every way. I highly recommend Taxi Catania NCC.

Dispatcher person was...
Dispatcher person was quite rude. He threatened not to give us a ride after our flight was canceled “because we had cost him business” due to the pickup time changing. IN FACT, his driver was at the airport for four hours prior to our arrival.

Company Failed to Do What’s Right!
Booked and prepaid for a transfer on 9-19-2026 from Catania to Taormina. Company Sent car to ship on 8-19-2026 and charged my prepayment. Says they did there part by having someone there. I did not change the dates!!! They refuse to refund my $175 Euros

Excellent Transportation Service in Sicily
We used Taxi Catania NCC throughout our Italy trip, and Santo and his team were absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, they were punctual, flexible, professional, and incredibly dependable. They made getting around so easy and stress-free. We always felt safe and well take care of. They provided impeccable service! I would definitely recommend Taxi Catania NCC to anyone traveling to Sicily. We would absolutely use their services again when we return to Italy!

Great service !
Service was great and the driver was beyond punctual and professional. If you’re here for the day on any cruise, I highly suggest you do this vs any transfers the cruise will provide.

Fantastic, relaxing,...
Fantastic, relaxing, accommodating punctual, personal professional and immaculately clean. Guisseppie was the consummate gentleman. Even running up several lights of steep Tamorina steps the our accommodations. Would definitely recommend. Will recommend to our Airbnb provider for their future clients use. Thank you Guisseppie see you again May 26th
