Please pass around. To all taking or booking DIDI. Beware of this Dirty, smelly 2016 Lexus Black sedan with Vic Rego: 1vn5xs. This Panadol driver is very rude, dishonest. charge $150 on top of the regular fare of $37.62. Don't book or use DIDI at late night or early morning. Make sure you have a companion or someone with you. Please share around. Don't be a victim. Please report any suspicious activities to the police immediately. For the sake of $3 or $4 cheaper, use UBER or a regular Taxi.

Driver showed up on time , took his time to the airport , good driver every thing went as it should . He was a little short on English but had no problem communicating.

Travelling solo with an early departure at Buenos Aires International Airport I decided to use this transfer. Arrived on time, helpful and could speak English. Was responsive to my questions. I felt safe and was on time for my check-in. Perhaps a little pricy but perfect for travelling on my own and peace of mind. Would recommend this service.

I booked airport transfer from Ezeiza to the city on Dec 21 and back on Jan 8. The drivers were punctual, courteous, spoke good English, told me interesting facts about Argentina and gave good sightseeing tips. Highly recommend!

It was perfect, my plane arrived early and I was through customs before my plane was even supposed to arrive but my driver who is a local ballet dancer and spoke decent english was there and waiting for me even though I was early, because I had time to spare to get to the other airport he gave me a small tour of the city that only added about 10 min to the trip, to top it all off they were the only company I could find willing to drive on the holiday (new years). I was a solo female traveler and felt super safe.

Julian was awesome. He was there to meet us at the airport on time. He pointed out things to see as we drove through the city. He also helped us find a place to get a local sim card for our phones.

Cannot fault the actual transfer from hotel to airport. Our driver was early and extremely courteous and friendly. If I have a suggestion, it's that a message be sent via email or Whatsapp the day before confirming that everything is still locked in. All other tours etc organised through Viator did this. When I tried to contact the service provider on the day of our departure to get this confirmation (Email, Whatsapp and phone) there was no reply. We organised this service a couple of months out to avoid any worry about this important connection. Ironically, the inability to get any response at all from the service provider gave us the worry we wanted to avoid. As said earlier - it all turned out well in the end.
