Think that the camp and the hawk photo was a bit outdated part of this adventure. Did not actually get anything from it except toilets were there. But the camelride was fun! Took maybe 10 minutes, but was quite enough. And the best part was absolutely the cardrive in the sand. Our driver Azhar from OceanAir Travels was excellent driver! You listen to arabic rap with a lot of basso from the subwoofer and just enjoy the ride. Our morning trip took three hours all together, we were fast. Left at 9 AM and was back by noon. TIPS: Wear a hat or scarve, it gets hot during the camel ride. Be careful of motion sickness in the car if you suffer from that.

That it is a verry relaxing excursion. But we find it too relaxing. We were picked up at 3 pm and we were there at 4 pm. Immidiatly we had a kamelride.Than is was 4.30 pm and than we have to weight till 6.30 before the bbq was open. After that there came 3 shows each 10 minutes. And than suddenly it is over. There was too mich time between the arrivel and the food there was too much time.

Did this desert safari as a solo traveler and had such a lovely experience. Everything was well organized, I learned a lot, and it felt really special sharing the day with people from different cultures. It was comforting to feel part of a group, even just for a few hours. Had a great time. My guide, Tahir was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and looked after me very well. All the staff were so friendly. Food was abundant and yummy. Fire dancers were incredible. Beautiful animals. All round good night.
