I went on a night time English speaking guided tour of the Nasrid Palaces at Alhambra, guided by Nacho last night. I was lucky that it was a small group of only 5. Nacho was knowledgeable, and caring about the building, the area and its history. It was great. He answered questions easily and provided a lot of interesting information relevant to the palaces, their history and historical context. Nacho was particularly interested in, and knowledgeable about. the moors and their history and culture which was a great benefit. (I learned the next day in a day-time tour booked through Tiqets, that this is not at all something to be taken for granted by guides. We kept going to closing time. I am tempted to go back for a bit of time in my own, at my own pace, but am happy I went in the tour w Nacho. Before the tour I was confused by the booking information being inconsistent - some said meet at the Carlos V palace and some said meet at Paseo de la Sabica. For anyone else being unsure: go to Paseo de la Sabica. The guides will meet you there and walk you to the tour, skipping the lines. The price included the entry tickets.

They are a scam, they sell you the premium package without warning. Besides, the customer service is nonexistent. When you buy the tickets, AT NO TIME does it say that you are buying tickets for everything it says.

We bought the tickets believing we were on the official Ambra website. We paid 109 euros for 2 tickets. When we arrived in Granada, we discovered that the cost of the ticket was about 22€. The advice I give you is to avoid this agency. You will simply pay three times; I remember that we did not click on buy with them, we went into those individual items, I remember them, which is the cost of the official ticket. It surprises me that the Alhambra lets this agency do all this. The one who loses out is the tourist. Personally, I do not think I will return to these parts again and have anything to do with these rather shady characters. I hope they can spend my money on medicine.

An incredible experience, being able to see the Nasrid Palaces at night. A pity that we could not see the Palace of Charles V because of a concert.... (by the way, the security guards for said concert were very bad, kicking people out of public and free-access areas rudely and without giving explanations, that is why I only give 4 stars) The guide Dante makes the visit even better, besides being very kind and it being noticeable that he enjoys showing the visit.

DO NOT USE - IT IS A RIP OFF We bought 2 x guided tour tickets at 49 euros each. The guided tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before the event. The basic tickets sent to us were face value 12 euros each. Expected refund of 2 x 37 euros but only received 12 euros in total. They do not reply to texts or emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Mind-blowing, runaway scam. We went to the meeting point to visit the Alhambra at night with audio guide. We waited, waited... nobody. We paid 78 euros for wind. The phone number's not answering. Emails are incomprehensible and the application does not work. It's a shame.

We have visited mysteries and legends with Maria and it has been an incredible tour. Interesting, passionate and graceful. A great guide

After getting dizzy looking for the guide and meeting point we passed the hour and could not access. From the day after, they don't give us any solution. No one contacted us even having our personal phones, only being able to contact a robot on the spot via telephone as there was no one in the public service shed. Unfortunate experience and not advisable.

Yesterday we had two entrances to the night Alhambra, we arrived there they tell us that we lack a ticket that would arrive in the mail which never arrived, we met a guide who sends us to another guide which would be the one who paid us the visit and there waiting from one place to another that sent us no one appears. The locked information booth and a phone that was only served by a robot. At no time did they give us solution even having personal entries with all our data phones etc. I'm calling and they don't give me any solution. Nefarious enterprise which I will never recommend.
