I am looking to cancel a tour I bought in duplicate, and the attraction description says it can be up to 48 hours in advance, and I have not received any response from the company. The day of the outing is coming and they are not responding to me.

A great visit through the Albaicín and the Sacromonte. I don't remember our guide's name—although he told us himself that the guides affectionately call each other “the ear” 😄—so we will have to pay him this small tribute. From the first moment, he made sure we were all okay, even worrying about the footwear we were wearing, especially the girls' sandals, and warning us about what we were going to encounter during the tour. The tour was very enjoyable, with interesting explanations and many anecdotes. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and cares about the group having a good experience. Thank you very much, “ear”! We are taking away a very good memory of Granada. 👏

Ramon was correct but very serious in my opinion. He explained many anecdotal things about the place to us during the visit. The views are beautiful. During the visit we were given the possibility to see a small cave by paying 1.5€ per person. I think it is very expensive for what you see.

A good tour to get to know these two neighborhoods and their history. Carlos showed us places with views that we would not have found on our own and explained the history and anecdotes of the Alhambra and the city to us.
