While we take all feedback seriously, our staff and managers were on-site throughout the evening and did not receive any reports of dissatisfaction regarding the food, lighting, or music during the cruise. Had these concerns been raised at the time, our team would have been more than happy to assist you or relocate your seating immediately to ensure your comfort. Regarding the beverage service, we would like to clarify that beer is indeed unlimited and served via self-service pumps for guest convenience. Our staff is also trained to provide table service for top-ups to ensure no guest misses the views. In terms of the entertainment, we would like to clarify that a Thai dance is not part of our advertised program for this specific cruise; our focus is on live vocal performances and the riverside atmosphere. Finally, regarding your health, we maintain rigorous food safety protocols. As food poisoning can have an incubation period of up to 48 hours, it is difficult to attribute this to a single meal without medical verification. Without an on-site report or medical documentation, any link to the cruise remains speculative.
