A lot of waiting before the boat left, decent katamaran, good lunch, friendly personell. 1,5 hours after the boat came to shore I was delivered at the hotel. Which is a lot.

Regarding the waiting time before departure, we appreciate your patience. As this is a group experience, we sometimes face delays when guests at previous hotel pick-up points are not ready on time, which unfortunately pushes back the departure for everyone. We always strive to keep our schedule tight, but we are often at the mercy of individual guest punctuality.
Similarly, with the return transfer, our door-to-door service across the island can be affected by both the number of drop-off points and Phuket's afternoon traffic. We are constantly reviewing our routes to make these journeys as efficient as possible.
We are glad that the overall time on the water was a positive experience for you, and we hope to welcome you back again!

Great day out for the family
My husband, two children (14,12) and I went on this fantastic day out! We were on the smaller catamaran (Sun Wind) which was perfect. Excellent staff, great service, food and hospitality. Our highlight was the seacave kayaking. James Bond Island was manic but to be expected. Recommend!

Beautiful islands , wonderful trip
An amazing trip , well organised however the health & safety of getting on & off the different boats needs to be addressed.
Not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues .

Nope - this is not the one guys
There are 2 types of Boats in the pictures: 1 is a big boat with cabana beds and sun loungers - the other is a basic out-of-date catamaran. We got the 2nd boat -- and there was nothing "luxury" whatsoever about this experience.
The boat felt and looked dirty, with no towels of toilet paper in the bathroom.
There were 10 of us total and about 10 staff in addition. That felt like wayyy to many staff, especially given that it was just the 2 girls who were actually assisting us on the boat & during the shore excursion to the James Bond island.
Everyone else did absolutely NOTHING.
The MALE staffers (not including the driver) were actually RUDE AF. Barking commands at us, shoving lifejackets in our faces and sandwich boxes in our hands.
You could barely hear the announcements about the islands and when you asked them to repeat, they gave you puzzled looks.
I hated every second of it.

I am sorry to hear of your bad experience but why have you not said anything on the day and only complained now?
You have called out the staff, the boat (which we do not agree), as this is a catamaran as per the title. There is only one catamaran picture in the website? You have complained about the food, and the day BUT at no point have you said to the staff that you were unhappy. You have only mentioned this AFTER you are back.
We do not like complaints or sad customers BUT we want to hear your views on the day so we can work this out. If you were this unhappy we would have sent you back to shore with a full refund.
Please do speak up next time as this is a lot of hearsay but we have 6 great compliments on the day you went.

Contact company for pick up time if you don’t hear from them
We were so disappointed to miss this trip. We were not contacted with pick up time at our hotel. The morning of event we were contacted saying we missed our pick up and we were still charged. We were so disappointed to miss this event and extra hard as we still had to pay for it. Expensive outing to miss, especially after anticipating it for so long.

The office then whats app you and you read the message and arrived at the hotel LATE, thus missing your tour. You asked us to change to another tour in KRABI then you said you did not want that.

Good boat tour
