Dear IUSLYWN, Thanks for your review and I am thrilled you have travelled all over the world. However not every country is the same. Your main complaint is that the driver did not carry your luggage? I am sorry to hear that but did you mention this to him or call the office after? We do not have any record. We have never advertised that we will carry your luggage for you just to make this clear. For the arrival into the hotel, the bell boys will come to the vehicle and unload your cases and walk to reception and then to your room. Hi Phillip, Thanks for the review. I see you booked for 2 people. This would be a private car. You have to pay for a larger vehicle or more passengers. I also see that there is no request that you have lots of luggage. If we had the correct booking then of course we would supply a van for you. Regards Nick
