For future visits, please keep in mind that we have 10 different Miracle Lounges throughout BKK Airport, and your pass allows you to use any of them at any time. If one lounge feels too busy or loud, our staff can often direct you to a quieter location in a different concourse. We have also noted your comments on the food variety to help us improve. It’s important to note that there are multiple Miracle Lounges (over 10) throughout the airport, and guests are welcome to use an alternative lounge if one location does not suit their preferences. Raising issues on the spot allows staff the opportunity to resolve them, whether that’s suggesting another lounge, addressing food concerns, or improving comfort during your visit. Unfortunately, without any feedback given at the time, there was no opportunity to assist you.
