On the day we were supposed to go, I only received an email on my phone saying they didn't know where to pick us up. They were just unreachable because it was a Sunday. We had to make a new appointment, but that couldn't be done because we were leaving the next day.
We have already lost all our money (usd: 250 )
No refund: I think that's bad!!!!!!

When you originally placed your booking, no hotel details were provided. Our team reached out to you twice via email requesting this information. We finally received your hotel details very late the night before your scheduled activity, at which point it was unfortunately too late to arrange the logistics and transport for the tour.
Our team member, Yotika, immediately emailed you to explain the situation and offered to reschedule your tour for another date. Because we did not receive a reply from you, we proactively notified Viator, who also attempted to contact you.
Since the tour could not proceed, a 100% full refund was processed back to your original payment method in accordance with policy. You did not lose any funds for this booking.
We always do our best to accommodate our guests, but timely communication regarding hotel details is essential for us to deliver our services.

Beautiful tour
Nice trip, lots to see. We had a German guide with a lot of knowledge. First we went to the lookout. The trail is difficult to walk and it goes up 420 meters in altitude. The view is breathtaking, of course. The river trip is so well, but also fun.

Viewing point, then river trip and mangrove walk.
Excellent tour with our very experienced guide Joe, who was very informative. 9am pick up (anantara) for lunchtime return.

The best time!
An incredible morning. From the moment Tom, our guide, picked us up from the hotel with our driver it was a truly memorable experience. The visit to the pineapple plantation allowed us to see first hand & enjoy freshly picked pineapple. Tasted amazing.
The drive to the viewing point, ride along the river allowed us to see some of the beauty of the local landscape & the authenticity of the working fisherman in the Pranburi river villages. The final part of the trip involved an incredible trek throughout the mangrove forest before settling at the beach for some beautiful Thai refreshments in a stunning location. Our thanks to Tom who made this trip so special for us. The driver was superb - family of 6 & we felt safe & looked after throughout the duration.

Delightful river tour
The boat trip was excellent, the temple and pineapple tasting were good.
It was however quite expensive and did not include a meal.

Pleasant morning river trip and mangroves forest
We had a lovely morning first stopping for fresh pineapple, Next stop was a lookout over the River. Pleasant small boat trip. Nice Boardwalk through mangroves in Forest Park. Ended with coconut water and sticky rice in a banana leaf. Our guide Tom spoke English very well and was very personable and made sure we were walking at a comfortable pace and getting on the boat safely.

A great river creek and harbor trip
We set off from the creek in the mangrove swamps area , saw all sorts of bird life and lots of water monitor lizards , passing small fishing settlements , we saw all sorts of local life by the riverside , then we sailed into the areas where the fishing fleets were , huge squid ships and fishing boats , a very interesting trip , so glad we did this !
