Had the best time there sliding and swimming, the food and drinks were also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Never book tickets by internet Viator.
Would never go to this place again.
The worst thing was the booking by net. Never do that.
I booked and payed for 7 people on the wrong water park.
I tried to change the tickets to the water park we wanted to go to, but not a change for doing that. Later the evening when I had speakd to the customer service, they send me a cancellation and told me I could not have any refunds. I had never cancelled the tickets. Just asking for change to the newest water park.
Buy tickets in the tourists office in the streets where you live in Thailand. Never go to Splash water park. Best advice from me.

Thanks for your comments. Here are mine after checking.
You booked a non refundable ticket to Splash Water Park and wanted to change to another water park the day AFTER you supposed to go to Splash Water Park.
Splash Water Park were expecting you and you failed to show up. It was only after you told us you wanted to change once Splash Water Park had charged us and advised your never showed up.
We are happy to change tickets wherever we can, but you have to let us know before your booked date and not after. We are always happy to assist changes to all guests without charge.

Amazing and fun time, highly recommend for who never tried before, three hours are enough to enjoy the place

Lovely visit!!
Lovely visit... the only thing i wished to have stayed in one of the nearby hotels, so that we could have enjoyed the stay even more!!
Good food and friendly employees!!
