A slightly overrated experience despite a good buffet
I found the experience at the Baiyoke Sky quite overrated. There are a huge number of people and long lines to access the elevators, whether to reach the observation deck, go to dinner, or go back down. This unfortunately takes away part of the pleasure and makes the experience quite tiring.
On the other hand, the all-you-can-eat buffet is varied and rather good, with a wide choice of dishes as well as numerous desserts. The view of Bangkok also remains very beautiful.
For next time, however, I would prefer another rooftop, with a calmer and more pleasant atmosphere to fully enjoy the evening. 🌃✨

Fantastic a MUST if you are in Bangkok, absolutely incredible experience we will never forget it.
Fantastic experience to sit under the clouds and eat dinner while the sun goes down and the city's lights turn on.
Super cute and helpful staff all the way through the trip up to the restaurant. Delicious food and exquisite buffet. A huge huge recommendation, that the wildest experience.

The dining experience gets 1 out of 10
The roof top views from the outdoor pods are fantastic and make a wonderul backdrop to dinner. Sadly the food served to our table was ALL cold and when we moved on to help ourselves to Buffet food, the 'hot dishes' were also luke warm as though dishes had been standing under heat lamps for ages. When I asked one of the buffet chefs at the buffet counter for a slice of duck in front of him, he didn't carve the beautifully roasted bird on display but instead handed me a 'pre-plated portion' - luke warm ... Same with many of the other dishes which chef's stand on ceremony over. The setting looks great for photos but the food experience is not worth the money. My advice is to enjoy the revolving deck and the bar but don't bother with the buffet restaurant - the food review gets 1 out of 10 from us.

With over 80 different dishes available—ranging from international seafood to traditional Thai specialties—we find it hard to believe that not a single item was to your satisfaction. Our goal is always to provide a high-quality dining experience for all our guests.
We checked with the restaurant team and have no record of any concerns being raised during your visit. For future visits, we highly recommend speaking with the floor manager immediately if you are unhappy with a dish or its temperature. They are always on hand to ensure food is served to your liking or to offer an alternative, but they can only assist if they are made aware of the issue at the time.
We will certainly pass your comments regarding the carving station to the kitchen team for review.

Leave a lot to be desired
The turntable is worth it but the smog doesn't look sharp the facilities are very old the attention well

Sky Line night
View without more (for having already done 6 years ago lebua). Because far enough from the Sky Line. Food really far from the pictures... low-end buffet style canteen. It smelled like old and cigarettes.

Bad attention
They kept us rushing to go, the food was cold and in the end and the employees in bad mood

If your food was cold, did you tell the waiter or ask to speak with a manager at the time? Without an on-the-spot report it is extremely difficult for us to investigate and resolve the issue. We have also reviewed our CCTV footage and did not observe staff rushing your table, so we would appreciate if you could explain what made you feel rushed so we can look into it further.

Level 76 Buffet & Observation Deck
We found the level 76 Buffett dinner extremely disappointing. The vibe was just your average shopping mall cafeteria. Plastic chairs on one side. The range of food was ok but all hot meal items we selected were cold. Would recommend going to level 82 dinner and skip level 76. The rotating observation deck on level 84 is worth doing because it gives you wonderful 360 degree views of Bangkok. The height of the deck is 309 meters above ground and is the 3rd tallest building in Bangkok.

The best.
Fantastic experience. Dinner was 5 stars. So much to choose from, with very high quality. The freshly prepared salmon was the best I have ever had. Our friends really loved the food and scenery. Wonderful evening. A must do. Loved it.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning City Views
Baiyoke Sky Hotel exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. A special thanks to Ye Yan Naing at check-in, who was extremely helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.
The highlight of my visit was the stunning panoramic city views from my room and the rooftop. The hotel offers fantastic dining options, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok, with markets and malls just a short walk away. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
