Good experience
The guide was knowledgeable nad very good.

Poor tour round the Palace
The Palace was very interesting but the tour was poor. Firstly it was shambolic at 10 am getting into the Palace so many people arrived at the same time. Felt the tour lacked professionalism compared to other tours going round at same time. When our guide finished we latched on to another one which gave us much more info.
A
Nice tour
The meeting point was not clearly described, and unfortunately, the guide's sign did not say TripAdvisor. The tour itself as well as the guide were great.
A
Professional and friendly!
This company does a great job, offering a professional and friendly experience, while a great value. Loved how conversational our guide Nella was.

Good tour although very quick
The tour of the palace was good although it was very rushed and hard to keep track. You definitely need more than an hour on this one

Fantastic!
Lot of walking to get there and steps inside. Someti.es crowded. Changing of the guard at noon is impressive.

Ok.
Experience okay, rushed visit, knowledgeable guide. group very large, they should limit the number per group. And limit the number of groups per room.
事業者からの返答
Dear guest, thank you so much for your feedback. We are glad you appreciated our knowledgeable guide, but you are absolutely right about the group sizes and the rushed pace. We understand that crowded rooms can take away from the experience. We are currently looking into our group size limits to ensure a more comfortable visit in the future. Thank you for helping us improve!

Walking through many rooms of palace was great. Guide provided much information about the Royal Family. This tour was excellent!
