Tour itinerary said includes entrance fee, art guide and private tour of medici chapel. Got none of this. Just got the basic standard walking tour of Florence. Totally ripped off. Paid for things we never got.

We would like to clarify that when you booked your tour on March 27th, it was for the regular Medici Walking Tour, which at the time was priced at €45 per person—the same tour you experienced yesterday.
Please note that the tour was updated to a private tour in mid-April, and the new price for the private version is €150 per person. Since your booking was made prior to this change, and you paid the original price, your reservation remained for the regular group tour.

Elisabetta was very...
Elisabetta was very friendly and knew A LOT about the Medicis, as well as a ton of other related-subjects, such as the artistry and craftsmanship needed to build and maintain their chapel. I highly recommend this tour for something different and deeper in Florence.

Eliza is the Best!
Eliza was awesome. So knowledgeable about the Medici’s and very personable. I wish I had more time with her! She went above and beyond helping me get to our next tour and navigate the somewhat complex ticketing system. We’ll be sure to rebook on our next trip!

Guided tour of the centre of Florence
Tour in English but the hostess contacted a guide who spoke French. We were 2 couples, Luigi offered us the bike tour at no extra charge.
Great, more tours in the streets and monuments of the city of Firenze. And one English and one French. Congratulations to him. Details, anecdotes...

A professional and enthusiastic guide
Francesco was able to make history to come alive. We learned so much about Medici family and history of Florence. Francesco is so knowledgeable and professional!! He was an absolute delight to have as a guide.

A very informative tour, recommended
After a few organisational issues because we were in the low season, we ended up with just two of us and a very pleasant guide. We learnt a lot about Florence, and the Medici family. We were shown many things that we would have otherwise passed by, and we made note of the places we wanted to visit later. *****. By the way, if you don't already know, red23, black 111 and black 13 are small square plaques above shop doors, not the street number !

Very good story!!
