You never know what you end up with when all correspondence is done blinding over the internet and emails, but in a land full of oil, we struck gold! Ute Kostle was an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and an attentive all our needs as our tour guide. We had private tours with her and she was always on time, never rushing us to leave any place because we had to finish at a certain time but wanted to make sure we took in as much as we wanted and enjoyed every moment. We are so lucky we decided to have her give us a private tour of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, because without her we saw these incredible places but really didn't understand the history, culture and the future of the UAE.
