The driver did not make himself known to us, we walked everywhere around the arrivals area at the airport, inside and outside, and there was no driver for us. Non of the drivers we asked knew anything about us, and eventually we took another taxi to our hotel at our expense. We would like a refund please.
Super nice drivers. They were safe and the SUV was very clean and well maintained. This made getting to our hotel easy and worry-free.
Great On-Time Service and Clean Vehicle. The driver was waiting with a name sign and followed all necessary steps to maintain social distancing and sanitised completely.
Never showed up. There were no instructions on where to meet and there was no driver at the arrivals area.
