Our flight had been delayed over 2 hours but when we got to Costa Rica, through customs and security with our bags our guide was there with our name on a sign waiting to pick us up. Van was nice and we were dropped off at our resort within 30 minutes. What a great experience. Would do it again and highly recommend.

The service was prompt and efficient. Our driver German was waiting fornus right outside baggage claim? was very courteous. Along the way to the resort he pointed out many things about the landscape and people. The van was clean and nicely air conditioned.

Our driver Herman was on time waiting for us at the airport holding a sign with my name. He was very courteous, friendly and professional! We hope to have Herman drive us to the airport on 7/17 if he is available. Yes, we would recommend Viator.

Our pick up was in a pick up not a luxury van. The driver was wonderful. Safe and courteous Drove according to the speed limits
Very smooth experience with great drivers! We did a round trip from the airport to the resort and back, and both times they were promptly on time waiting for us, and very communicative. Clean cars that were air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Luis was on time and very friendly. Unfortunately the bridge was closed and it took over two hours to get to our resort which was only 20 miles away.
