Sadly I don't have any picture, but I hope my explanation will communicate how good of an experience I had. Everything was so easy from the booking process all the way till we got to our resort and back to the airport! After putting in all the information I got really fast responses from the company when I inquired about things. Even when it was hours before the allotted times to just confirm everything for my own peace of mind. The shuttle experience itself was also so nice. The driver helped get our luggage since it was only the two of us, and made sure we were comfortable. The ride itself was very smooth and the vehicle was clean as well, and gave us enough space when there were people who came with us. (On the first ride to our resort we were lucky to not have anyone, then on the way back there was a couple) Though you can tell that they probably don't try to pack people for one trip and allow those more personal one-on-one rides. Speaking of which, the rapport between the driver and us was really cool. He was so knowledgable about the destinations in Belize and all the tourist and non-tourist information. It was also cool that we got set up with someone who their hometown was actually the place we were staying near, so it was nice to have a local's knowledge in relation to our stay. They weren't too overly talkative or quiet, and allowed us to really enjoy the long ride to our resort. Overall, I would definitely use Viator when booking for transportation from the airport to where we are staying. And enjoyed the fast communication and kind help when it came to traveling questions.

Very good communication. They were waiting for us at the exit of the airport with a sign with our name on it. Driver very friendly and provided water and information while driving.

It would’ve been perfect had the company booked me on the correct shuttle time that I had paid for (which was more expensive than the shuttle option they booked me on). I was only offered a $35 reimbursement. Family & friends I’ve spoken to about this are surprised that this was all that I was offered, given their error & when the incorrect shuttle time the company booked me on was cheaper (by $15) vs. than what I had paid for the earlier shuttle. On the positive side, the vehicle was clean & comfortable and the driver was great & drove carefully.

Very convenient. You step out of the airport and the driver is waiting for you! You have the option for hotel drop off as well!

We arrived at the airport earlier than our scheduled pickup but the company had sent text reminders through WhatsApp so it was easy to communicate to them and our driver arrived early and the trip was pleasant and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable.

Avram was ready and waiting for us as soon as we stepped outdoors. He was so friendly, helpful and shared lots of great information along the drive. I had made a slight error when booking but BGS and Avram were able to fix it quickly and easily without any issue whatsoever.

We arrived a made it through customs much quicker than anticipated. Our driver was very accommodating and was on his way when we arrived. He told us about the villages we passed through in our way to San Ignacio from BZE. He let us know we could stop anytime we needed. The drive out was rather quick and had no issues.

The vans are very clean and modern. David, our driver, was pleasant, helpful and always on time. Made transportation from Belize City to San Ignacio and back to Belize City a breeze!
