Got confirmation the day before for a pick up time and the driver Tomasz was there bang on time Tomasz was very knowledgeable and told local legends about the areas we passed through and gave us extra unplanned stops on the way as we had made good time on the 1st leg of the trip Tomasz made sure we knew exactly where we needed to be at every stop and explained how to get the best experience We picked the pontoon option for the rafting as my son was not old enough for the kayaks, we would have picked kayaks if we could as we think they looked more fun The views from the sky walk were amazing and the kids liked the high nets and glass bottom viewing areas and slide down was fun The thermal baths were a great end of the day with a relaxed area and slides for the kids. The wrist bands that allowed you to spend on drinks and food without needing money or cards is a great idea Highly recommend

Tomas was a fantastic guide. We did the Dunajec rafting and Zarcopane tour, which took the whole day. He picked us up at the hotel promptly and drove us to the Dunajec river, stopping for some pictures along the way. He is knowledgeable about the local history, architecture and culture and was able to answer all of our questions. Tomas was flexible and willing to plan a trip around our interests, so if you want to do something a bit different, ask him about it. Spending a day in the Tatra Mountains was one of the highlights of our trip to Poland!

Tomas is really friendly and knowledgeable in general. We really enjoyed our tour, pick up and drop off and it was exactly how it said below. Tomas was flexible and helpful. We even used him for our airport transport with just 2 hours notice. Hes a safe driver and kept us entertained. As I hoped, this trip turned out to be a nice day in the country. Just me and the driver, Radek, who suggested a revised itinerary given the day's weather, so plenty of time to talk and for me to learn about Poland and the areas we visited. The rafting is a pretty standard setup, saw a deer and several birds new to me, mainly a pleasant two hours on the water (pretty smooth water) with trees and mountains on each side. One could wave to the many people biking on a path parallel to the river. Zakopane is a busy area, it rained a bit, but saw enough there, including a church in the woods. On time pickup at my hotel and return to Krakow, it all worked out well, thanks.
