It was truly a nice tour... The hotel pickup was punctual and then off to the Giza plateau to admire the pyramids, the sphinx, and we didn't miss out on a camel ride. After the buffet lunch we visited the new and immense Egyptian museum... a special thanks to our very well-prepared guide Mohammed Moussa who showed and explained wonderful things to us!🤩

The best experience in Egypt thanks to Kholoud! Visiting the Giza Pyramids and the museum was a dream for me, but having Kholoud accompany me made it something unforgettable. From the very first moment she was super, approachable, and attentive to every detail. Her Spanish is impeccable; she speaks perfectly clearly and fluently. Furthermore, it is clear that she is super prepared: she knows a great deal about the history of Egypt and answered every one of our questions with incredible clarity, making the visit to the museum a wonderful and fascinating experience. She made me feel accompanied, protected, and among friends from minute one. And as a plus, she takes wonderful photos! She knew exactly what the best angles and framings were to immortalize the moment. A very special recognition also goes to Ali, who was in charge of the car that day: he was incredibly attentive, helpful, polite, and punctual at all times. What I valued most was the peace of mind and security they conveyed to me throughout the entire tour; I felt totally cared for and comfortable. We were highly satisfied with the tour. The day is indeed long (pickup at approx. 00:30h, return approx. 23:00h), but we already knew that beforehand and prepared ourselves accordingly. The entire support team was top-notch; during the bus ride, consideration was shown for the guests and several short breaks were taken. In addition, snacks & drinks were served free of charge several times. The very good German-speaking guide Ekramy, whom we would like to mention with special praise here, wonderfully conveyed his enormous knowledge of the history of Egypt to us in an always entertaining and sometimes humorous way with many interesting details. Bravo and thank you! The entire tour process was well organized, the lunch including service was perfectly fine. Personally, I would have liked to skip the short visit to the perfume manufacturer; that was nothing more than a sales event without added value. Overall, the day was a success and exceeded our expectations, as we are otherwise quite critical guests.

Ahmed was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about everywhere we went. He was also very accommodating if we needed anything. The driver Khalil was a smooth and cautious driver. I will definitely recommend them to anyone coming to Egypt.
