Poor directions
Missed the event due to poor directions and instructions nobody around even knew what this was. Went to the trolley one instead and was happy with that.

We’re sorry you missed the tour. We meet at the Old City Gates. Our website and your confirmation include a map, and we provide GPS directions, written directions, a phone number, and an email address in case guests need help finding us.
We received no call or message from your party, and the guide waited at the meeting point for ten minutes after the scheduled start time. We would have been happy to help you find us if we had known you were having trouble.

First-timer in St. Augustine
Our Tour Guide is a native of St. Augustine and was knowledgeable about its history. At first, I was unsure if the ghost stories would be heard but after the first 15 minutes or so, the stories began. She was very soft-spoken, which made it difficult to hear her. She did give us some good ghost stories though. It would have been better had she been more engaged with everyone in our group (there were only four of us...my family) rather than always directing them at me. Just something that comes with experience. :) Overall, it was a nice tour.

Absolutely loved this tour! Our guide Haley was knowledgeable and entertaining. Was so fun hearing about at Augustine’s history and the ghost stories were great! Would absolutely do this tour again.
